Turkey is the main country where our central operations are carried out. We have 5 mines in total, 4 of which continue to operate and 1 of which have ongoing explorations. Approximately 50 thousand tons of ore is extracted annually from these companies. Our metal commercial activity consists of 1,000 tons of zinc-lead metals per month.
Morocco is one of the most developed countries in North Africa. Our business activities in Morocco have been going on for more than 10 years and our company Maroc Zinc is located in this country. Our annual metal and ore commercial capacity in the country is about 20,000 tons. Our investments continue in Morocco, where we currently have 13 licenses.
Since 2018, we have been carrying out mining commercial activities in South Africa, which is one of the most important logistics points in the African continent.
Zambia is a South African country with no port connection but high ore potential. Our commercial relationship with Zambia has been ongoing since 2018 and we trade close to 10,000 tons of ore annually.
Tanzania is one of the most important logistics points in East Africa and one of the countries with the highest potential in terms of development. Since 2018, our commercial operations have been continuing from the port of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
