As Aycore mining laboratory, our first priority is to ensure that the appropriate methods are applied in order to obtain the correct results from the samples we take and receive. Our laboratory team consists of experienced personnel who have received the necessary training to know and apply quality standards. Achieving independent, impartial, accurate and reliable analysis results is our uncompromising standard. We use devices that will facilitate our analysis by closely following recent technology. In order for these devices to give accurate results, maintenance is carried out periodically.
Samples are constantly taken from the ores extracted from our mines. These samples are subjected to quality control in the laboratory. Ore samples whose quality control is completed are stocked class by class according to assay results. Classified stocks are prepared for sale.
In our laboratory, moisture determination and analysis (Zn, Pb, Fe, Cl, Mg, Ca, S, Cr) are carried out using the titration method.
All of the sampling and assaying procedure of the ores we extract from underground is managed by our laboratory team. After the analysis of the ores, stock classification according to relatives test results is carried out under supervision of our laboratory.
